We ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. International shipping is available to select countries. For international orders, please contact us for shipping availability and charges.
2. Processing Time
- Ready-to-Ship Products: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Custom / Made-to-Order Products: These may take 7–15 business days for production before dispatch
- Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays

4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹5,000 within India
- Standard Shipping: ₹99 for orders below ₹5,000
- Express Shipping: Available at an additional charge (calculated at checkout)
- International Shipping: Charges vary based on destination, weight, and order value (calculated at checkout)
5. Insurance & Secure Packaging
All orders are shipped with complimentary transit insurance. This ensures that your purchase is protected against loss or damage during shipping. Each product is:
- Packed in tamper-proof, branded jewelry boxes
- Wrapped in protective materials to prevent damage
- Sealed with security tape to ensure integrity
- Shipped via reputed and insured courier partners
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and SMS with:
- Courier partner name
- Tracking number / AWB number
- Link to track your shipment in real-time

7. International Orders — Customs & Duties

8. Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us within 48 hours:
- Missing / Lost shipment: We will initiate a trace with the courier and resolve within 7 business days
- Damaged on delivery: Refuse the package and contact us immediately with photos
- Wrong product delivered: Contact us for a free return and replacement
