Ordering & Payments

Browse our collections, select the product you love, choose the desired specifications (if applicable), and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete the payment. You will receive an order confirmation via email.

We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Debit Cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes. All online payments are securely processed through encrypted payment gateways.

You can request modifications within 2 hours of placing your order, provided it has not entered the processing stage. Please contact our support team immediately at support@jrguptapearls.com.

Yes, COD is available for select pin codes across India for orders up to ₹50,000. Availability will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Shipping & Delivery

Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 days for metro cities, 5–7 days for Tier 2/3 cities, and 7–10 days for remote areas. Custom orders may take 7–15 business days for production before dispatch.

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International shipping charges and delivery timelines vary by country. Please contact us for details. Note: customs and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Yes! All orders are shipped with complimentary transit insurance. Your purchase is protected against loss or damage during shipping.

Once dispatched, you'll receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time. You can also track from the 'My Orders' section in your account.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, in original condition with all packaging, tags, and certification seals intact. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.

Email us at returns@jrguptapearls.com with your Order ID and reason for return. Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization within 48 hours.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection. Bank processing may take an additional 5–7 days.

Yes, exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery for products of equal or greater value, subject to availability. For higher-value exchanges, the price difference must be paid.

Product & Certification

Absolutely. All our pearls and gemstones are 100% natural and ethically sourced. Each product comes with a certificate of authenticity from recognized gemological laboratories. We are registered with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).

Our gemstones are certified by reputed laboratories such as GIA (Gemological Institute of America), IGI (International Gemological Institute), and GJEPC-recognized labs. The certification details the stone's characteristics, weight, origin, and any treatments.

We strive for accuracy, but minor variations may exist due to photographic lighting, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of gemstones and pearls. Each piece is unique.

Avoid exposure to chemicals, perfumes, and moisture. Store in a soft cloth pouch or jewelry box. Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth. Pearls should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners for pearls.

Custom Orders

Yes! We offer custom design services. Share your design idea, preferred gemstones, and budget, and our master craftsmen will create a unique piece for you. Contact us at custom@jrguptapearls.com to get started.

Custom orders typically take 7–15 business days for production, depending on complexity. You'll receive design approval before production begins.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Please review all specifications carefully before confirming your custom order.

You can request account deletion by emailing privacy@jrguptapearls.com. We will process your request within 30 days, subject to legal data retention requirements.
