1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and certification/lab reports must be intact and returned with the product
- Gemstone and pearl certification seals must not be tampered with or broken
- The product must not have been altered, resized, or customized after delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry (engraved, custom-designed, or made-to-order pieces)
- Loose gemstones or pearls once the certification seal has been opened
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (unless defective)
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at returns@jrguptapearls.com or call +91 98765 43210 with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) within 48 hours.
- Ship the Product: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using an insured courier service for valuable items.
- Quality Inspection: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the product within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item passes quality inspection:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Bank processing times may add an additional 5–7 business days
- Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item)
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and/or video evidence. We will:
- Arrange a free return pickup
- Provide a full refund or replacement (as per your preference)
- Cover all return shipping costs
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for products of equal or greater value within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. For exchanges of higher value, the price difference must be paid. For lower-value exchanges, a store credit will be issued.
7. Refund for Cancelled Orders
For orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
