How to File a Complaint
- Send an Email: Write to grievance@jrguptapearls.com with the following details:
- Your full name and registered email address
- Order ID (if applicable)
- Detailed description of the grievance
- Supporting documents or evidence (photos, screenshots, etc.)
- Contact number for follow-up
- Acknowledgment: You will receive an acknowledgment of your complaint within 48 hours of receipt, along with a unique complaint reference number.
- Resolution: We strive to resolve all grievances within one (1) month from the date of receipt of the complaint.
