About the Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020issued by the Government of India, JR Gupta Pearls & Gems has appointed a Grievance Officer to address consumer grievances, complaints, and concerns related to products purchased or services availed through our website.

How to File a Complaint

  1. Send an Email: Write to grievance@jrguptapearls.com with the following details:
    • Your full name and registered email address
    • Order ID (if applicable)
    • Detailed description of the grievance
    • Supporting documents or evidence (photos, screenshots, etc.)
    • Contact number for follow-up
  2. Acknowledgment: You will receive an acknowledgment of your complaint within 48 hours of receipt, along with a unique complaint reference number.
  3. Resolution: We strive to resolve all grievances within one (1) month from the date of receipt of the complaint.
