1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped or dispatched. Once an order enters the "Shipped" or "Out for Delivery" status, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.
2. How to Cancel an Order
- From Your Account:Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", and select the order you wish to cancel. If eligible, you will see a "Cancel Order" option.
- Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@jrguptapearls.com or call +91 98765 43210 with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Orders for custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Please review all specifications carefully before placing custom orders.
4. Partial Cancellation
If your order contains multiple items, you may cancel individual items from the order (subject to the cancellation window), unless the items are part of a bundled offer or set. In such cases, the entire set must be cancelled.
5. Refund on Cancellation
- If payment was made online (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking), a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
- If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), no refund processing is required
- If a coupon or promotional discount was used, the coupon will be restored (where applicable)
6. Seller-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel an order under exceptional circumstances, including:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable
- Pricing or product listing errors
- Payment verification failure or suspected fraud
- Delivery to restricted or unserviceable areas
In all seller-initiated cancellations, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and you will be notified via email.
